At the middle frame, the vessel had a shallow draught, and the tangent at the middle frame's chine was almost horizontal.
The maximum curvature of the middle frame was acute and located low, while the tangent at deck height formed a 5-degree angle with the vertical.
Very lightweight construction and shallow draught made it ideal for glass fishing and allowed fishermen to easily haul the boat ashore.
It could weigh as little as 80 kilograms!
